I ordered an item from the website. 3 days later I got an email stating it was out of stock .. even though it was still listed for sale on the website and at the same price I paid. I called their number twice a day for a week and never got a call back. I emailed every day and never got a reply. This is classic bait and switch or it's just fraud. either way, I advise people to use caution when doing business with minisplitsystemsdirect

I purchased an air purifier from these guys a little over year ago, I did experience a few hiccups with my system that were resolved after speaking with tech support. I would shop here again.

I was looking for filters for my HD56 Sentinel dehumidifier. They're hard to find but, we're readily available with Mini Split direct and at a reasonable price. I'll be back.

Ordered a system from them. Didn't get a shipping notice for 8 days even though they promised 3. Tried 5-6 times to talk to somebody. Then they cancelled my order out of the blue with no email, no warning, nothing.

No nonsense sale. Best price online (no tax even) and free fast shipping with lift gate. Unit was everything I needed. Used a local pro to install for $3k and still probably saved 1/2 off full service sale and install. No problem with registering warranty and hoping it doesn’t break anytime soon. 18 seer ducted mini split 4ton.

Seems like one of those drop ship scams selling items online as if they have the items in stock. They told me my payment was rejected by my bank, turns out not true.
