the item I ordered took a long time to arrive, once I had received item there was no instructions to build it, I have emailed the company multiple times for instructions and have not heard back from them, this build was meant to be a gift which is not able to be gifted as it is just a pile of red bricks, communication is lousy

I got a custom set of my first car built. It took a while to arrive. Instructions were a tiny bit difficult compared regular instructions but I honestly really enjoyed the challenge of it. It is a bit pricey, but imo that's perfectly fine.

Took veryyy long but they actually recreated JDM car model pretty well. Had to wait 3 months tho.

I purchased a custom set almost a year ago and have yet to complete it. I scanned the QR code on multiple devices, with and without wifi, and on different browsers and it still doesn’t load the instructions. I’ve tried to get help several times with zero success. One time, the rep told me that it worked for them and that I must have been doing it incorrectly. All I wanted was to buy my husband a custom gift that matched his grandfather’s car and it was a waste of money and time. I don’t get why asking for a PDF or actual help was so hard.

The idea of having my car turned into a model was a good one. However the reality failed to meet any of the expectations, firstly the order took months even though the system said it had shipped. Then the response to any queries was hard to make, slow to return and didn't answer the questions. Finally the model arrived and the instructions are online through a QR code, however my instructions ended before the pieces did, a query to find out the rest of the instructions asked for more details which I supplied never to hear from them again, this was some months ago. The actual quality of the partial car I was able to construct was fine, but every other step was a fail. *I was not going to review them, but they sent an e-mail specifically asking for a review so here it is.

Took way longer then promised at purchase and with the introduction to pay more to get delivery made quicker is ridiculous.
