Don’t listen to the negative reviews about being scammed. Other people have scam URLs that make you believe you’re getting product from here but they’re actually stealing your money. Can’t recommend these guys enough

Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration you're experiencing. I completely understand how alarming it must be to feel like your calls are going unanswered after sending money. However, I need to make you aware of something critical: You most likely did not purchase from our company. There are several fraudulent websites actively impersonating our legitimate business, including: https://mimosahostilisus.com/ https://mimosahostilisusa.com/ https://mimosaroot.eu/ Our one and only official website is: https://mimosahostilis.shop/ If you purchased through any site other than ours, you have unfortunately been scammed by an impersonator — not by us. These fraudulent operations intentionally send calls to voicemail because there is no real customer service behind them. If this is the case, I kindly ask that you redirect your review to the Trustpilot page of the website you actually purchased from, so that others can be warned: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/mimosahostilisusa.com If, on the other hand, you did purchase through our official site, please contact us directly and we will resolve this immediately: 📧 Email: [email protected] 📞 Phone: +1 (720) 719 7874 or +1 (720) 677 2228 We answer our phones and respond to every email. That's one of the easiest ways to tell us apart from the scammers. I'm truly sorry this is happening to you, and I want to help however I can. Sincerely, Harper Walters Mimosa Hostilis Shop

The quality of the bark saved me so much prep time. It breaks down easily and the color yield is incredibly vibrant on the fabrics I’m working with. The checkout was seamless and delivery was surprisingly fast.

This is a trusted source for sure. I was a bit skeptical at first but after receiving my order I am completely sold. The root bark is ethically produced and the quality is superior to what I have found elsewhere. The delivery was prompt and the customer service was very helpful.

The shred consistency of the bark makes a huge difference in the prep work. It yields a really deep, saturated dye without needing to process it multiple times. The packaging is completely unbranded and discrete, which I appreciate.
