I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand your frustration. I want to help get to the bottom of this. However, based on the nature of your review, I have strong reason to believe you may not have been dealing with our company at all. There are several fraudulent websites actively impersonating our legitimate business, including: https://mimosahostilisus.com/ https://mimosahostilisusa.com/ https://mimosaroot.eu/ These scam operations often make promises they have no intention of keeping — because their entire purpose is to take your money and disappear. Our one and only official website is: https://mimosahostilis.shop/ If you were dealing with one of these fraudulent sites, I kindly ask that you redirect your review to the correct Trustpilot page so others can be warned: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/mimosahostilisusa.com If you did purchase through our official website, I genuinely want to make this right. Please reach out to us directly so we can look into your order: 📧 Email: [email protected] 📞 Phone: +1 (720) 719 7874 or +1 (720) 677 2228 We stand behind our products and our word. If something fell short, I want to know about it and fix it. Sincerely, Harper Walters Mimosa Hostilis Shop
