Mimeo (for business)Reviews of mimeo.com

I work with Alan and Doug on a regular basis, even though we're in different timezones, they always seem to be on hand to assist with our requests, no matter how big, small or urgent it is! First class service from both of them and I can't thank them enough.

Kaitlyn Krepela was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I had no idea that there could be so many options to enhance what I believed to be a standard product. She was patient in walking me through the online portal and made some great stylistic suggestions that were a big hit with my team. She is a true asset to your company and promotes your services enthusiastically. I am very much looking forward to another opportunity to partner with Kaitlyn on future purchases.

Mimeo has been instrumental in supporting the needs of my company (large tech company in silicon valley) during a period of rapid growth. They are very responsive and quick. They go beyond customer service to provide customer solutions. And they do IT ALL - a one-stop-shop for printing, warehousing, bundling, shipping.

We love using Mimeo for our print needs. Their platform has really streamlined our processes and saved us a lot of money. Additionally, their support is top notch! I always know that I can reach out to our CSM, Alan and get the support that I need right away.

Mimeo has saved both our Training department and myself extensive time in creating and shipping out manuals on our own. It is an extremely user friendly site that gives us a quick solution where I can easily select from my personal list of uploads and have them printed exactly how I choose to have them printed and shipped directly to where we need them to go. They are always printed and boxed neatly and arrive on time. The customer service is wonderful. In the 6 years I have been using Mimeo I have had only 2 issues where I had to reach out directly to my customer service representative. They responded within minutes, fixed the problem immediately and made sure I was taken care of. They are great to work with and always available! They also reach out to me every so often to make sure I have everything available to me that I am in need of as well as making me aware of any new features available to me that I may find useful. They are also fairly priced in comparison to other sites that offer similar services.

Mimeo has proven to be of great help to me since our training department began using them to produce and ship our training manuals. This has saved me considerable time with preparing, packing and shipping class material to our many customers across the country. Mimeo's customer service team responds promptly to any questions that I may have and offers suggestions to make the ordering and shipping process go more smoothly.
