The new format takes some getting used to but it's always good to have changes and improvements.

This could have been on us in not communicating in enough detail but I felt like the paper quality (thickness) was below average. And the tabs were not printedon heavy card stock and instead of printing the tab info directly on the tab it was printed on clear labels and then attached to tab. Not very profession knowing it was a proposal to win work. On the positive -The colors were great, I like the sprial binding used, and it was delivered on time to the client. Again, our marketing coordinating said she did the order through a form so there was no direct communication with a real person which is not ideal for our needs now that I have seen the output. In the future, I will request to speak to someone if that option is available to us.

So responsive and attentive! They have your best interest at heart and their service shows.
