Order was sent incomplete but with no indication it was going to be incomplete

This was my first Mimeo project and Hannah walked me through step by step to get it completed. She was very helpful with the different ways I could put this booklet together.

Everything were in the package.

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Their support team is super helpful and patient, and they ultimately solved all of my issues and helped me to meet the deadline for the RFP. A total life saver! The Mimeo solution as a whole is user-friendly and makes building proposals fun! I love flipping through the pages and having full control over the quality of my projects. Special instructions (flash drives, custom package labels, etc.) are easy to use and allows Mimeo to meet all of my proposal needs. Can't recommend them enough!

Terrific service - but user interface could use updating as it can be a little clunky at times.
