BEWARE SCAM
I placed an order on the 2nd of June 2026, was promised quick delivery. Not only did they deduct the amount from my card, they made me pay for fast shipping, 4 months and a week no product received and they don’t respond to email.
I will be taking legal measures to get my money back.

Hi Lene,
We’re truly sorry for this experience, and we completely understand your frustration — especially after waiting far longer than the delivery timeframe you were expecting.
Unfortunately, we have experienced unforeseen issues with fulfillment and logistics that caused some orders to be delayed significantly beyond their original delivery estimates. We fully understand that such a long wait is not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize that we did not provide the level of communication you deserved.
We are taking your case seriously and are reviewing the situation with our fulfillment team now. We will contact you directly with a clear update and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused, and we appreciate the opportunity to look into it properly.

Hi Sandra,
We completely understand your frustration, especially after such a long wait, and we sincerely apologize that your Aero Q8 order has taken far longer than originally expected.
Your order was placed as a pre-order, and unfortunately our production and fulfillment timelines were significantly delayed. We recognize that waiting a year is far beyond what any customer should reasonably expect.
We have now reviewed your order directly and are working with our team to prioritize its fulfillment. We have also contacted you personally to discuss the situation and offered a goodwill gesture in recognition of the exceptionally long wait.
We know that another apology does not make up for the time you have already waited, but we want to assure you that your case is being actively handled and that we are doing everything we can to complete the order as soon as possible.
We sincerely regret the frustration this delay has caused and appreciate the opportunity to work toward a proper resolution.
Best regards,
Milerd Team
Scam
Scam - beware. I ordered a device, waited 6 months (promised 1 week) only to get a different branded device.
They have been extremely unhelpful in assisting with a refund. $s clearly more valuable then customer.
Stay away

Hi Ahmed, we're sorry to hear about your experience and take this feedback seriously.
We understand the delay was far longer than what was originally promised, and we're sorry for that — this device uses some of our newest technology, which has meant longer lead times than we'd like, and we recognize that fell short of what you were told.
To clarify for anyone reading: in your region, Mira is our official distributor, which is why the device you received was branded MIRA DTX-2 — it's the same product as the Milerd Detoxer 2, built with the same technology, components, and quality control, just under our regional distribution branding.
We'd like to look into the delay and refund process you mentioned — could you please email us your order number at [email protected] so we can look into this directly?
Detoxer Machine doesn't do what it states
Order no #1421
I have emailed Milerd and awaiting their reply.
I purchased the above detox machine which is probably only use once every couple of weeks to clear my raw food from chemicals and parasites. I naturally assumed this was happening.
I am however deeply concerned that this machine does NOT work and is not fit for purpose.
I picked blackberries from my local hedgerows yesterday, came home, put them in cold water and set the machine to automatic for berries. I would have assumed any parasites and chemicals would be removed or killed. When I looked in the water after the cycle I could clearly see a number of small maggots wriggling around.
I therefore put the machine on automatic, parasite mode, the maggots were still moving after the cycle.
I then tried automatic heat treatment mode, yet still the maggots were moving!!
I am deeply horrified that this machine isn't what it states it is! Therefore all this time I've assumed my food was being cleaned yet it isn't. This doesn't give me any confidence that it could possibly remove other contaminants either.
I have taken videos to demonstrate this to back up my evidence and I await your urgent reply. This is an expensive machine and it is an utter waste of money as it obviously doesn't do what it was purchased to do. All this time I trusted it, and it gave me peace of mind, yet now I have totally lost faith in it.

Hi Hilary,
We’d like to update our response following our direct communication with you regarding this case.
We’re very sorry again for the concern and disappointment caused by seeing live larvae in the water after treating your wild-picked blackberries. We completely understand why this was alarming, especially given your expectations of the device.
After discussing the situation with you directly, we were able to clarify an important point regarding the Detoxer’s intended use: the device is designed to help reduce surface contaminants on produce, but it is not designed to kill worms or larvae and should not be used to make visibly infested fruit safe to eat.
We understand that this distinction was important in your case, and we’re glad we had the opportunity to explain it to you directly and clarify how the device should be used.
We also appreciate your patience and the opportunity to address your concerns personally. We have taken your feedback seriously and will continue working to make the intended use of our products as clear as possible.
We sincerely regret the worry this situation caused and are glad that we were able to clarify the matter with you.
Best regards,
Milerd Team
False stock claims, months of delay, refund that didn’t stop shipping
Registered as: MLRD Holdings Limited in the UAE to a hotdesk in Al Maryah Island.
Ordered a HiRange Ultra and HiStand (Order #3420). Checkout promised shipping in 3–5 business days. That was late April. Reality: weeks of chasing, a split shipment, and the second item pushed from “two weeks” to “early July” while the website still looked like normal stock.
I cancelled. They shipped anyway. When I kept the first unit (return wasn’t practical once it hit local post), they offered a 20% goodwill discount that later looked closer to ~15%. On 25–27 June they said in writing the HiStand refund had been processed. In July a shipping notice still appeared, they admitted it had been dispatched via FedEx, and then offered another “20%” if I kept it.
Their About page sells a global manufacturer with UAE production and sales across “70 countries / 4 continents.” From this order and what I’ve since found, that doesn’t match how they operate: lead times behave like made-to-order via supply partners, not ready stock, and the “international presence” looks more like virtual offices/mailboxes than a transparent retailer. I needed samples for a larger rollout and have since sourced comparable gear elsewhere with clear availability and turnaround.
Would not buy again. Do not trust their ship dates, stock presentation, or refund handling until fulfilment actually stops when they say it has.
PayPal we're a great help after sharing my complete mail thread.

Hi Zed,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and for including your order number.
We’re truly sorry for the delays, the confusion around the split shipment, and the frustration caused by the refund and fulfilment process. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we understand why this situation has damaged your trust.
We are now reviewing your order internally, including the shipment timeline, the refund communication, the discount calculation, and why fulfilment continued after cancellation/refund communication had already taken place.
We also take your comments about stock availability and delivery estimates seriously. We understand that unclear timelines can create a very negative experience, especially when a customer is relying on the product for a specific purpose.
Our team will follow up with you directly through the appropriate support/payment channel with a clear update. We genuinely want to investigate this properly and resolve any remaining issue as fairly as possible.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to review the case in detail.
Best regards,
Milerd Team
I bought the "Milerd Detox 2" and I had…
I bought the "Milerd Detox 2" and I had to insist on having it two months after the purchase. Once I received the product less than a month ago that I was using, it suddenly stopped working. It no longer charged or turned on. I wrote to the assistance that they replied that I had to send it back to an address in the direction of Slovakia and that they would check and understand why it had broken and in case they would send a new one as a replacement. Since last June 22, this morning I see the defective Milerd returning because no one had claimed my shipment. I gave them, as requested, the postal evidence and the expenses I had to face to send it back. It's a shame!! I hope and hope that I will get an immediate refund, otherwise I will activate a formal request through legal means. I am deeply disappointed with this product and the company that, in my opinion, robs customers.😡🤬

Hi Immacolata,
We’d like to provide an update on this case, as we have continued working to resolve the situation.
We are truly sorry again for everything you have experienced — from the initial delivery delay to the device failure and the difficulties with the return process. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after already waiting so long for your order.
We have since identified an internal warehouse error that resulted in the defective device being sent back to you instead of the return being processed correctly. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and for the additional inconvenience it caused.
Our team has remained in contact regarding the situation, and we have also covered the return shipping expenses. At this stage, we are waiting for the second defective device to be returned so that we can complete the resolution of the case.
We have reached out directly to help arrange the return and make the process as straightforward as possible. We remain fully committed to resolving this properly and are ready to assist with anything needed from our side.
We sincerely regret how complicated this process has become and apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused. We are doing our best to make sure the matter is brought to a proper resolution.
Best regards,

I paid an absurd $844 for my Milerd…
I paid an absurd $844 for my Milerd Detoxer 2. I waited 1 month after ordering before contacting customer service about the status of my order. They were quick to respond with their apologies and mentioned that they were “restocking their warehouse” and that they would “prioritize” my order after hearing of my concerns. The product was soon shipped to me and delivered. HOWEVER, I DID NOT receive a Milerd branded product. I received a Mira Safety Food Detoxer. The box had slight damage on the outside and showed clear signs of rough handling. The seal sticker had clearly been depressed or tampered with by a fingernail or similar tool, but the seal was not broken, when I opened the box the inside of the box was damaged, and the protective “plastic” covering of the product was only partially covering the product and was very sloppily put on the product and hadn’t even been properly “sealed” to the product, indicated tampering or sending a pre-used or refurbished product. Their website now lists the product for sale for $531, which now after reading reviews of similar experiences shows that I REALLY got RIPPED OFF. I will initiate a chargeback as well as pursue legal matters as this is a clear breach of contract (wrong product delivered), deceptive trade practices, and misrepresentation on the efficacy claims. The efficacy claims are the weakest part. Ozone and ultrasound do reduce surface bacteria and some pesticide residue. But claims about removing 99.9% of heavy metals are not physically plausible — lead and arsenic taken up into plant tissue cannot be washed off the outside. Also, ozone generators used indoors are a respiratory irritant; the EPA has long warned against home ozone devices. Shame on you Milerd.

Hi Theodore,
We wanted to update our response now that your case has been reviewed and resolved on our side.
We are very sorry again for the experience you had. The delay, the branding mismatch, and the condition in which the product arrived were not acceptable and did not meet the standard we expect for our customers.
A full refund has now been issued for your order. In addition, our management team reached out personally by email and WhatsApp to apologize and try to address your concerns directly. We understand that you may not wish to continue the conversation, but we wanted to make sure that we had made every effort to take responsibility and resolve the situation.
We have also taken your feedback seriously internally, particularly regarding order fulfillment, packaging, and how product information is communicated.
We regret that your experience with Milerd reached this point, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration it caused.
Best regards,
Milerd Team
I placed an order (Order #2876) for a "Detoxer Prime" device on December 20, 2025. It is now July 2026, and I still do not have a working product.
I placed an order (Order #2876) for a "Detoxer Prime" device on December 20, 2025. While the device briefly worked when I first received it, it malfunctioned very quickly and became completely non-functional. To make matters worse, the unit was supplied with an EU plug, which is completely incompatible for use in the UK.
I have been in contact with Milerd customer support since late June 2026 to resolve these issues. After much back-and-forth, they promised to send a replacement unit. However, instead of a new, functional device, they simply sent back the exact same faulty, defective item.
I am deeply frustrated by this lack of professionalism and the deceptive handling of my case. I have paid for a product that I have been unable to use for months, and the "support" I have received has been a complete waste of time. I strongly advise others to be very cautious and avoid dealing with this company.
-------------Update--------------
I was promised a brand-new replacement.
Instead, I received a completely different branded product. I ordered a Milerd Detoxer Prime, but the replacement arrived in a box branded MIRA Safety, not Milerd. The box appeared to have already been opened, the packaging looked unprofessional, and the device appeared to have been previously used. To make matters worse, it came with a US plug instead of a UK plug.
When I contacted customer support, they then told me that the product was actually called MIRA DTX and claimed that the MIRA DTX and the Milerd Detoxer are the same device with different branding. This explanation only came after I complained. Receiving a product branded "MIRA Safety" while being told it is actually "MIRA DTX" is confusing and highly unprofessional. It seriously undermines confidence in the company's quality control and branding.
After everything that had already happened, I found it difficult to trust that this replacement was genuinely new or that it would even perform as advertised.
The entire process involved repeated mistakes, multiple emails, long delays, and constantly having to chase customer support. I have now requested a full refund.
I cannot recommend Milerd based on my experience.
