Hi, We’re truly sorry that your necklace didn’t arrive in time for the wedding you had hoped to wear it to. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been. We reviewed your order and can confirm that it was shipped within our stated processing timeframe and is currently in transit. The complimentary Eco Shipping option was selected at checkout, and your shipment is still within the estimated delivery timeframe provided for this shipping method. We completely understand that this doesn’t change the fact that you had hoped to have your necklace for a special occasion. For time-sensitive orders, we also offer an Express Shipping option at checkout with a significantly shorter delivery timeframe. We’ll continue to keep an eye on your shipment until it reaches you, and we truly hope you love your necklace when it arrives. Your experience and happiness with Mild Jewelry are very important to us. ❤️ Warm regards, Mild Jewelry

Hi, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Hummingbird Necklace. After seeing your review, we reached out to you directly to better understand what happened with the chain and asked for a photo so we could look into the issue. Our message was sent on August 5, but unfortunately, we have not received a reply or any photos from you. We genuinely want to understand what happened and would still be happy to take a closer look. If you reply to our email with the requested photos, we’ll be glad to review the situation. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and our communication channels always remain open whenever there is an issue with an order. Warm regards, Mild Jewelry

Hello Gaurav, We're sorry to hear that you remain disappointed with the outcome. For the benefit of future readers, we'd like to provide some additional context regarding this situation. Following shipment of the order, an additional forwarding shipment was arranged to a different destination using a third-party shipping service selected independently from our store. While we fully understand the inconvenience this created, we were not involved in arranging, selecting, or pricing that additional shipment. Despite this, we carefully reviewed the matter on multiple occasions and provided both a refund and an additional goodwill adjustment in an effort to reach a fair and reasonable resolution. We're pleased that the necklace arrived safely and was well received as a gift. We remain committed to treating every customer with professionalism, fairness, and respect. – Mild Jewelry
