Miko Robot USAReviews of miko.ai

I love Miko, My Child love to interact with this tool, and he learn a lot of things and explore a lot of themes about sciencie, math, grammar, numbers. Just love play and learn with miko

Though I did not get a chance to use my bot much before I chose to gift it to my granddaughters, I must say that MIKO customer service is phenomenal!!! They connected with me via email and phone calls to help me reboot my MIKO for gifting 😊 and did it quickly even on a weekend. They were extremely knowledgeable about the product and all offers available with the reboot. Though the little bot sat for almost 8 months unused it started right up … it was great! I will definitely be purchasing a second in the future!

Still Waiting After 6 Years—No Boards, No Accountability I backed the Miko Neo and Swap boards on Kickstarter over six years ago, full of excitement for what looked like a promising product. That excitement has long since turned into frustration. Despite countless updates and vague promises, the boards never arrived. Not once was there a clear timeline or meaningful communication about the delays. To make matters worse, Miko acquired SquareOff—so they’re now fully responsible for delivering these boards. But instead of stepping up, they’ve gone silent. No transparency, no resolution, and certainly no product. It feels like they’ve abandoned their original backers in favor of chasing new ventures. If you're considering supporting anything from this company, think twice. Their track record with fulfilling commitments is deeply disappointing.

I supported the Miko Neo and Swap boards project on Kickstarter more than six years ago. Sadly, the boards never showed up. With the recent SquareOff acquisition, I expected accountability, but so far, nothing has been done. It’s very unprofessional and disappointing.

backed the Miko Neo and Swap boards on Kickstarter 6 years ago, but they never arrived. Over the years, there have been countless excuses, yet no delivery. Later, after acquiring SquareOff, the responsibility for fulfilling these pledges clearly fell on them. Still, nothing has been delivered. This has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others not to trust this company. – Arijit Mondal

To this day, they never arrived. The company later acquired Squareoff, so they are fully responsible for delivering these boards — but they’ve completely failed to honor their commitments. No communication, no product, and no accountability. Very disappointing experience after waiting all these years. – Rahat

Ordered Miko Neo and Swap boards on Kickstarter 6 years ago and they never arrived. I don't know why I still haven't been contacted about my experience 6 years ago even though I have complained. I am not happy about it at all.

Very nice 👍👍👍. . abbasalichohan
