I would like to update my previous review regarding my EB-3 case with MCC USA for the Assembler position with Stoughton Trailers. I previously posted this review because I was waiting for confirmation that my PERM had been filed and had not yet received an individual case update. I have now received confirmation that my PERM application has been successfully filed with the U.S. Department of Labor. I was also provided with my PERM case number, and the case is currently showing “Analyst Review” in the FLAG system. I appreciate that my case has now moved forward and would like to acknowledge this positive development. Thank you to MCC USA and the team involved in processing my case. I understand that the PERM process can take a significant amount of time after filing, so I will continue to follow the progress of my case and update this review again when there is a major development. I hope MCC will continue to provide clear and timely updates throughout the remaining stages of the process.

Thank you for your feedback! Thanks for trusting MCC USA with your journey.
