Hello! At MCC USA, we currently do not recruit applicants who were born in that country due to the significant visa backlog and extremely long waiting times. These delays make it very difficult for applicants to arrive in the United States and begin working with the sponsoring employer within a reasonable timeframe. However, there may be an exception if the applicant has a spouse who was born in a different country. In some cases, the immigration process can be charged to the spouse’s country of birth, which may significantly reduce the waiting time. If you would like more information or clarification, you are welcome to schedule a complimentary call with one of our senior consultants. You can schedule it at www.mccusa.co Thank you!

Dear Yenny, Thank you for your comment. We understand your concern regarding the processing times. It is important to clarify that these are entirely dependent on the governmental entities responsible for each stage of the process. These entities handle the verification of all submitted cases. In your particular situation, as you are aware, we have worked closely with the attorneys to review your case with the utmost care and attention it requires. Your case was submitted on November 27, 2024, to the National Visa Center (NVC) in its third stage. On December 19, the NVC sent us a checklist that they require additional information to verify the legitimacy of the data provided. We remain attentive to any updates from the NVC and we are committed to sharing them with you as soon as they are available. We want to reiterate that MCC has complied with all the requirements we have received to ensure your case progresses as smoothly as possible. We appreciate your patience and trust in us as we continue to handle your case with the dedication it deserves. Sincerely, MCC USA Team

Thank you very much for taking the time and providing us with your feedback once again. As our consultant has communicated, she is working to have your questions answered as soon as possible, so you can make well-informed decisions. It is important to clarify that the EB-3 Visa process times do not depend on MCC USA, but on the different government entities that are involved. At MCC USA we work with top-level companies as sponsors to offer agility and stability in everything the applicant requires; however, if you still have questions, our consultants can help you with anything you need. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Customer: We identified that we may have had some inconvenience in our scheduling platform that has generated this unfortunate situation for which we sincerely apologize.
