I decided to go to the Depot at Hindmarsh in SA to pick up my parcel. Served by a lovely friendly lady who found my parcel immediately. A good experience.

On point delivery. Fast didn't have any problems.

After reading all the reviews I was worried. However my parcel arrived on time and delivered very quickly to my door step.

The team at Micro Express went above and beyond to make sure I got my package before I flew out for a holiday. Attentive customer service and quick and easy delivery. Will use them again as a courier service.

I was horrified to see that something I ordered was being delivered by micro express because in the past I had had a similar experience to many of the reviews here. But this time it was not only delivered to my address, but left at my door. The tracking was also accurate while the package was in their possession! Well done guys! It’s only fair to give the thumbs up when they do a good job. The way you deliver our packages is important to us, so thank you! This delivery took place in Adelaide.

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews, although most of them seem to be with the actual product delivery than the goods themselves. I've purchased three desktop systems from Micro Express over the course of about fifteen years, and never had any problems at all. Each delivery was fine, and the computer systems themselves were fine. Not saying that other people can't have a poor experience, but I would have no problem purchasing from them again.

I purchased a Micro Express desktop computer many years ago (2014). The computer has performed flawlessly the entire time and it remains fast and powerful. Over the years I have contacted the company technical support for guidance on making upgrades (hard drive, graphics card) and addressing other questions I have had. In every case, they quickly took my call and provided me with extensive help. Compared to other computer companies that provide minimal assistance after the warranty has expired, Micro Express stands out for their fantastic customer support. When the time comes to finally retire my computer (not in the near future) I will definitely purchase a new one from Micro Express.
