Driver was sent to the wrong airport…
Driver was sent to the wrong airport and instead of an apology I was told by this company I sent them wrong info where I have proof I sent over correct flight number and information. Very disappointing, took Uber instead.

Dear Marina, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Our driver was delayed due to the heavy traffic in Miami, not because he was sent to the wrong airport. We understand your frustration and regret the misunderstanding regarding the flight information. To make amends, we would like to offer you a complimentary trip on your next booking. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to serve you better in the future.
