⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service Every Single Time! We cannot say enough wonderful things about this shuttle service! We relied on them throughout our entire trip—from the airport to our hotel, from the hotel to the cruise port, from the port back to the hotel, and finally from the hotel to the airport. Every single experience was exceptional. Each driver provided outstanding customer service and showed incredible attention to detail. They were professional, courteous, dependable, and made every transfer smooth and stress-free. When you’re traveling and coordinating airports, hotels, luggage, and a cruise, having transportation you can truly count on makes such a difference—and they delivered every single time. We have used this company many times in the past, and they never disappoint. Their consistency and level of service are exactly why we continue to come back. If you’re looking for reliable transportation with drivers who genuinely care about providing excellent service, coupled with reasonable pricing, we highly recommend them. Thank you to the entire team for once again taking such great care of us. You will absolutely be our first choice for future trips! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you Blackride!! My flight to my cruise vacation was delayed then cancelled then rescheduled. Blackride was responsive and able to accommodate the rescheduled flight which arrived 1 hour before I had to be checked in on the cruise. The driver was at the airport waiting and my family got to the ship with 1/2 hour to spare. Blackride is the BEST and will definitely use them again and again.

Excellent service. I booked Blackride for a family trip from MIA to the hotel in Fort Lauderdale as well as a return trip. The service by the drivers was exceptional. They were on time and assisted with our luggage, ensuring that it was packed properly. This was my first time using this service but I will be using it every time going forward. Kudos to you Blackride.

Booked a ride from Hilton Miami Airport to MSC cruise terminal. Vlad text us early that morning and offered us a ride on our leisure...in case we wanted to go earlier. He was right in time and worked through the traffic to get us to the terminal safely. We hope to ride with him again! Kudos guys!

Tarachi drove my family twice. Yesterday 8/1 and the previous Friday. She was terrific and a really good driver. On time and pleasure to speak to. I requested her for the second ride based on our first. A keeper. Thank you so muck.

We used Blackride three times this week, and every experience was excellent. Booking online was simple, and communication with the company was easy—they were very responsive to all of our questions. All three drivers arrived on time, were professional, and made our rides pleasant and stress-free. I would definitely use Blackride again and highly recommend their service!

Our confirmed ride from the cruise ship terminal to Miami airport was a HOUR LATE picking us up! Looking forward to the future of driverless vehicles.
