no order updates, no response to messages

I got invoiced prior to shipping. I got an email saying it shipped, however it was next day when I called because the tracking number wouldn't work. The reason was it hadn't been picked up by ups.

I ordered an alternator 6/2/23, with 2 business day delivery for $98.00. The alternator was not delivered until 6/8/23. More than 4 business days later, which was no charge if I wanted 4 day delivery. Cost me another $60.00 for 2 days extra to rent my slip while waiting for the alternator.

Received a bad part and company is taking a while for them to acknowledge and call me back. Part did arrive fast but customer service is lacking.

The webshop is not updated. But service is good
