I haven't received any tracking on my order as of January 7. I have emailed the company with the order # to see what the status of the order was. Nobody has gotten back to update me.

Changed price, canceled my order and I still don't have my money back. Price gouging CKSKRS.

Tried to email before to make sure I was ordering the correct part no answer.. so then I ordered the part paid for 2 day shipping and it’s been over a week and still no part have arrived. And top it off I’m only 3 hours from the location so it shouldn’t take long to get. I feel this is a fake company and is getting reported

Still have not received starter!

Ordered alternator 7/15. Called to find out status 7/18. No one spoke English, had to call back after lunch for English. Got shipping notice this morning 7/22. (7 days after ordering) UPS tracking # was wrong, so I couldn't track. Their web page will not let me reset my password, who knows if I'll ever get this alternator

Still haven't recieved a tracking number on my replacment order

I ordered a starter last Tuesday. Paid like $160 for 3 day rush delivery! It still hasn't gotten here 1 week later! I had my mechanic come up for the weekend to help me put it in. Fix a couple other things. Now I'm going to have to pay him again to come here. Not happy with service at all.

Don’t buy here… Order #1192 purchased a Alternator for my boat and less than 2 week after the purchase I installed and only turned on to test the alternator and was defective. Bring it back with box and no sign of use/abuse and they said it was completely damaged by me and their products have no warranty at all… Advice: don’t take chances with your money in places like this one.
