The ring and the customer service while I ordered the ring were great! I did run in to a few issues while trying to get it resizes, namely that they never gave me instructions after charging me (nor an explanation of what the charges covered, as I paid shipping and insurance).

MiaDonna is exactly what I needed. Linley and Justine helped my boyfriend and me with all the questions we had about width of the band with regards to ring size, size of the stone, etc. I was a little nervous about sending my precious stone out to a company I've only read about, but MiaDonna was actually very quick to set the stone and send it back with the ring of choice! Faith in humanity raised! I'm very happy with my engagement ring (the Tory setting) and would put my trust and shop at MiaDonna all over again. Thank you, MiaDonna!

I adore my engagement ring. I was able to get a much larger size than I would have with a traditional diamond/jewelry store. Not only that, but I feel good about getting an ethical stone. I get complimented on my ring all the time. I would definitely shop from MiaDonna again!

They got the ring to me on time and even offered to resize it for me at no charge which I eventually had to do. I could not be more happy with Mia Donna! I knew I wanted to have a conflict-free diamond, but that was about it. After some research I decided on Mia Donna. I gave them my email upon entering the site and I did not take long for someone to reach out and ask what they could do. When I picked out the band and it came time to the diamond, I was clueless! I asked my consultant what exactly I was looking at and she walked me through what I was seeing. The worst part was waiting for my ring to come, but the fact that they handcraft it when ordered, I did not expect it to come right away. I have had the ring for 2 months now and have zero complaints. I will absolutely be ordering my wedding band from them and probably all of my jewelry from now on.
