Thank you Todd for taking the time to write a great review. We are delighted to hear the wedding band was a success and exactly what your fiancee wanted.
I love the idea of conflict free diamonds and the pendant itself was nice. I paid hundreds to upgrade to a longer necklace chain but the chain was so thin and insubstantial and came out of the box really tangled up. We spent at least 20 minutes carefully untangling it, trying not to snap or kink it. The chain is something you might expect to be included in a piece that’s worth $25, not well over a thousand dollars. It was a bit embarrassing and ruined the experience of gift giving and receiving. Also, they charged me $70 for Saturday shipping when their website quotes $25 for the same.

Hello Ben, we are so sorry to hear that the chain was not what you were expecting. We don't have many issues with chains tangling as a general rule but since the chain was a 24" then I am thinking the added length resulted in this. We can only apologize for the inconvenience and will definitely look into how we can package it differently so this does not happen in the future. Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is always more expensive. Due to your timeline, we needed to do overnight shipping with added Saturday delivery and this is the reason we had to charge an additional $25 to the overnight pricing. We hope your partner is enjoying her beautiful necklace.
As a PhD-level geologist, I am 100% behind MiaDonna & Co.'s mission to provide mining-free, conflict-free diamonds to customers while empowering African communities with economic independence. This approach perfectly addresses the two biggest problems with conflict diamonds. As a wife, I am completely obsessed with my breathtaking Type IIA diamond, which cost 40% less. I was able to upsize my center stone! The sales manager, Justine, provided me with the best customer service I've ever received for such an important purchase; she is professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. I recommend MiaDonna's jewelry to anyone who will listen to me rave about it!

Hi Niki, thank you so much for your wonderful review. It was wonderful working with you and your new wedding set was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for being a loyal MiaDonna customer and a wonderful advocate for our mission and our jewelry.
I went in to the showroom to decide on a ring. Customer service was great, and you guys were very helpful. Once I paid for the ring I wanted I wish there was better communication about the shipping process and delivery. If there was a way to watch the process online, Like a ring tracker, I think that would be extremely helpful. Other then that you guys are amazing! Thank you!!

Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We would love to provide an online tracker but unfortunately we are reliant on the casting house getting that information to us and they sadly don't have the time or the man power to do it on every piece we produce. We really appreciate this feedback and you were a pleasure to work with. We hope your proposal went amazingly well.
I came in wanting to upgrade the center stone in my wedding ring, and left with a new diamond and so much more! I was able to talk through all the options and shop for the best possible stone in my price range. MiaDonna also added studier prongs, resized my ring and repaired some shoddy work from a different jeweler. It was ready to be picked up within a week, looking brand new. I'm pretty astounded at how inexpensive everything was for the quality I got. I am so happy with it and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Hello Douglas, we thoroughly enjoyed working with you and are pleased you were happy with the service you received. You certainly picked a gorgeous Wedding Set and we look forward to working with you again in the future.
First, I will say that I loved the end result of my custom ring. However, if you are looking for a process that is quick and efficient, this isn’t the place. From start to finish, my ring took 3 months. Emails were frequently lost and renderings were very misleading to someone with an untrained eye such as myself. It was a frustrating process but yes, I’m happy that I stuck with it because I did get what I wanted in the end.

Hello Erin, I am so sorry the custom process took longer than you expected but this was mainly due to having to completely remake your Wedding Set. I understand that renderings can be confusing when you don't work with them on a daily basis but I am pleased we managed to make the perfect Wedding Set in the end. It was truly gorgeous and I hope you are enjoying wearing it.
Awesome prompt service with good clear communication
