Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating delays can be. While we work diligently to meet our 7–14 day processing timelines, certain steps depend on third-party providers and banking partners, which can occasionally cause delays outside of our direct control. That said, we take your concerns seriously and will keep an open line of communication on your file until all items are fully resolved. Mondy Friend Capital has served thousands of clients over the years, and we remain committed to transparency, accountability, and supporting our community. Best, MFC
