I have had them for years and the last couple years I have noticed a decline in service. Phone has 3-4 bars and still won’t send. Can’t find a bar to save my life in some places, while other people right next to me have plenty of service. I think it’s time to switch carriers!

Cannot contact any local store and get a person only full voicemail or message service and main national numbers will not answer simple questions I left this company once before due to bad insurance replacements of devices seems they aer still a garbage company try something else they are bad all around

Service is reliable.service is inexpensive. Customer service sucks.i can live with it.

They never hand you a invoice or a receipt unless you ask for it that is unprofessional they also cut off their 24-hour service customer service number the customer service number and the stores do not keep in direct contact unless it's taking your money don't believe anything phone customer service says because the stores and them are not on the same page dump MetroPCS by T-Mobile and get better customer service !!!!!! Specially the Auburn location absolute nightmare with these people and they also talk over you in their foreign language which is completely freaking rude

Wish they were up front about forcing updates on your phone so they can download scam apps on your phone to steal your information . I dont understand why company's have yo be so scummy like selling my information to scam artists who call me every single day non stop . That only started when I switch to this company

I had metropcs for about 4 years. I decided to get the tower for home internet, that was a joke. I had faster speeds on the phone, so I decided to get rid of the tower and upgrade my plan to unlimited 5G. That's what they're advertising stated, nothing their stated that you'll have slow down speeds, nothing, so i upgraded, only to be more frustrated each and every day. I get texts stated that I'm over my limited, lol what limited? Who sets the limits? When I'm paying for unlimited, right? They lie and lie, lol the stupid rep. Tells me I'm not in a 5G area, the idiot really thinks that I'd go for that bull s.it, I'm in a 5G coverage area and to prove it I've got screen shots showing times that the speeds go past 60 MBS, but when is that at 4am in the morning. So they lie, cheat, steal and are to me nothing but scammers. They've been sued for their deceptive pricing advertising lying to customers regarding 5G but here they are continuing the same thing. They won't learn until we the people take them to the cleaners!! Class action law suit!!!! If you want to give away your money, and get frustrated every day, then go with these lying scammers, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
