not good
i bought from mesos4u and had a relatively ok experience. first time ordering, got mesos in a couple of hours. great. i order again. now here is where the problems start. live chat. more like dead chat. i'm waiting 30 minutes and more just to get a response. then i don't get any answers to my questions. "Lynn" in particular seems to be the least helpful "customer service" rep i have had the displeasure of working with. telling me i need to give a copy of my paypal transaction details, my driver's license, and a signed letter stating i bought what i bought. no explanation as to why all of this is needed. wasn't needed with my first purchase. nor is there a mention of needing to provide this information anywhere on the site or in the check out process. seems like something that important bears a mention, so customers know what to do. none of morning (PST) reps mentioned needing this information either. i was just told that there was no stock. ok. fine. i can understand that, though it would be helpful for that to be posted so people can be aware before making a purchase, but whatever. i was asked to just keep checking back. so i do. again i get "Lynn" again i am asked for that bizarre list of information. again no explanation as to why it is needed. i don't even get an answer as to if the mesos are restocked, just a demand of the information. so i give it. nothing! not even a "we are still out of stock, but we will keep you informed" type thing. the customer service for this transaction was so bad. i can't say that i would ever recommend buying from them, if this is how they take care of their customers. the only reason i am giving 2 stars, is because of how well my first transaction went with them. stay away. spend your money elsewhere. or light it on fire, at least you can get warmth out of it that way, instead of the nothing you will get from Mesos4u. also still have not gotten the mesos i paid for.
