Thank you so much for taking the time to leave an excellent review. We really appreciate your business. Please let us know what we can do for you in the future.
I decided to renew my extended warranty again, cause it had expired, only because I never had to pay out of pocket. WHY NOW!!!! When I asked to get the same warranty as before. I just got my car out the shop from dealership and had to pay $200 out of pocket. I am not a happy customer. 😡

I was hoping for more as far as approval amount and faster time it took to get approved, but also very grateful I did get approved for mechanic work and amount I had gotten approved for, so cannot complain at all thanks Merit Administration for reaching out to the shop as fast as you could.

We're so happy to hear that we were able to provide the top-notch service that you deserve.
Gordy Tire did an excellent job repairing a broken part in my heating and air conditioner on 5/5/26. They also chevked the air in my tires and reset the clock in my car. In addition? They changed the oil in my car. Thankful for their kindness in helping me with transportation back and forth to Gordy Tire Company. ShirleyLWells

It was my first claim I was surprised that they would not pay for OEM parts and I had to pay for the difference between the OEM and the Chinese counter part.in my case it was $64.00 dirrerence.for the one part that replaced. And the service records maintenance that they wanted. That Suprised me!
