Quality is good, and the fast in delivery, customer service is also good!

I ordered 50 t-shirts for a band I’m in. The shirts are good quality, look great and they shipped quickly. (Canadians be aware of the exchange rate, duty, etc. because it will increase the cost of your order significantly) I give a 5 star rating because the customer service I received was exceptional, in my opinion. I had many questions to ask and through email and a quick conversation on the phone all was resolved. I was even having trouble getting the exact design I wanted using the design tool so I reached out for assistance and got help right away.

Great quality overall

You did good work. You organized the shirts by size. PLUS: The shirts feel comfortable.

Package arrived earlier than expected. And we got an email letting us know we got refunded for discounts not applied at checkout! Thank you Merchly for the awesome customer service!
