Adorable shoulder bag. Took a while to get here but I wasn’t in a hurry so it was fine for me.

I was very pleased with the ginger cat. Looking forward to getting the gray cat I ordered. This was for my son for Christmas and he will love it. Great service and thank you so much. Happy Holiday’s.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts, both size M, but one was smaller than the other so I requested a return/exchange, and I got a reply offering to replace the smaller one with a larger size, and I get to keep the original smaller one! I was totally getting ready to return, so this was a very generous deal! The sweatshirts and the print on them are good quality - definitely coming back!

I don't have any complaints about my order. Even though it had to ship internationally I didn't have to wait long, and the sweater I bought didn't suffer any damages :))

Hello , We are Michael are Karol . THIS IS A LONG REVIEW , BUT IF YOU WILL READ IT YOU WILL SAVE 100'S OF DOLLARS ! I gave Jason Will 5 stars , but I wish that I could give Jason 500 stars ! Jason gave us the most incredible on line shopping experience . My wife , her family and friends love cats . My wife said that she wanted to give cat t-shirts for her Christmas presents . The cat t-shirts had to be very , very cute. She said that everybody would like a cute cat t-shirt and that the cost would be low and affordable . I looked 3 hours a night for a week before I found MEOWGICANS . Their cat t-shirts are the most cute with great graphic design and artwork . Many of our friends wanted to give them as Christmas gifts and Birthday gifts . We did buy 60 t-shirts . Jason did give us a big discount . Great graphic design and artwork and a great low price . Fantastic combination ! . NOW HERE IS THE INCREDIBLE PART ! My wife lives in San Jose , Costa Rica , Central America . It is very expensive to ship to Europe , Central America or South America . It really would have cost us over $500 to quickly ship 60 t-shirts using the Post Office or UPS . I speak from experience . JASON DID SAVE US OVER $500 ! THIS IS TRUE . Jason did the shipping to San Jose , Costa Rica for FREE . Jason handled every detail of all of the requirements and customs forms necessary to ship to another country . The 60 t-shirts arrived in Costa Rica last week . Perfect customer service ! IMPORTANT ! If you have any family or friends in Europe , Central America or South America you can send them great cat merchandise at great prices without paying expensive shipping costs . NO SHIPPING COST . Talk to Jason , he will explain everything . Thank You , Michael .

Dear Michael and Karol, We cannot express how grateful we are to have received your email. It’s not every day that we get to hear such heartwarming feedback from our customers. Your detailed recount of your experience with us at Meowgicans, and particularly your satisfaction with our products and services, is incredibly uplifting. Knowing that Meowgicians cute and interesting merchandize are appreciated not only by you but also by your family and friends in Costa Rica brings immense joy to our team. We always strive to offer not just quality products but also an excellent service and experience that makes our customers feel valued and special. Your acknowledgment of our efforts in handling the shipping and customs intricacies reaffirms our commitment to exceptional customer service. I am particularly touched by your gesture of sharing your experience with others. Word-of-mouth recommendations from our happy customers are the highest compliment we can receive. Please rest assured that we will continue to maintain the high standards of service and quality you experienced. And remember, should you or your friends need any more adorable cat merchandise, we are just an email away. On the other hand, it's a delight to know that our global shipping services are positively impacting customers from various nations, Costa Rica included! While shipping to Latin America generally requires more time compared to other countries, not to mention the additional time for customs clearance, it's heartening to see customers like you who understand and patiently await their orders. This inspires us to keep offering free shipping to even more countries! We also value customers who purchase multiple items, as this approach helps in reducing shipping costs by consolidating orders into a single shipment. Thank you once again Michael & Karol for choosing Meowgicans and for taking the time to write such a generous review. We look forward to serving you again in the future. Warmest regards, Jason Will Support crew from Meowgicians

I had an issue with the first hoodie I ordered. The color was off and the size which was a medium did not fit like a medium. It fit like a small. I contacted the company and Jason was able to get me a replacement in a different color . The new one was awesome in fit and color. This company really has excellent customer service! Thanks again to Jason for solving my problem. My granddaughter is now very happy!
