DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER/COMPANY! I placed an order on May 2026, and to this day, I have never received my item. I have contacted customer support multiple times to resolve this issue but i never received a response. At this point, it feels like a total scam. They took my money and completely ignored their responsibility as a seller. I am now forced to request a full refund through my bank/PayPal. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. Extremely unprofessional service and unacceptable customer care. Avoid at all costs!

The daisy scratch post has plastic grass that my cat kept trying to eat, so unsafe, can't use it at all. Tried to communicate with them and was ignored.

IT'S A SCAM . I live in Australia and I ordered a cat hand bag more than a month ago. I still haven't received the hand bag. I tried contacting them through mail twice but still no response and I think they are ignoring me. Don't buy from them.

Ordered on may 1st, over 200$ worth. Havent gotten a single email on shipping or replied to the 3 emails I sent to support. I have ordered from them before, and they delievered, but after may they have gone no-contact and I cant get my money back.

2 months have passed since they confirmed order. No shipping information has been sent. No response to my emails. Scammed?!

They have confirmed the order, took my money, weeks have passed and nothing is happening, no communication at all, no reply to the complaint, nothing. I'm feeling scammed.

I ordered a sweater and phone case on May 8th. I also wrote an email that day asking if it would be possible to update the delivery instructions. No response. I emailed again on May 13th. No response. I emailed another time on May 14th. It's now May 27th and I still haven't gotten a response. I also haven't gotten an email that my order shipped. It's even more frustrating since the website guarantees that emails will be responded too within 48 hours. It also promises parcels will be shipped within 14 days. I understand that things were slow in February/March, but it's May and it doesn't seem like they've been delivering on their promises. I see a few other reviewers with the same issues as me. I was incredibly excited for this sweater. Now I'm just extremely upset.

This is the second time I filled one of these things out, the cat house has no real structure and the mouth opening collapses. Does not look like photo.
