Hi, I'm sorry for the confusion — let me clarify the situation for you. According to our records, the item you ordered is the XXXL size, and that is exactly what we shipped to you. Based on the tracking information, your package is still in transit and has not yet been delivered. We've already sent you an email with the tracking number and the latest tracking status, so please check your inbox (and spam folder) for those details. Regarding the package you mentioned receiving, we're not certain whether it was sent by us, as our records show your order is still on its way. To help us verify, could you please share a photo of the shipping label and the package you received? This will help us determine if there was a mix-up and assist you further. Thank you for your patience, and I apologize again for the inconvenience.
