I’m so sorry for the disappointment—I can’t believe my team dropped the ball on this. Trust me, I’m just as frustrated as you are. Your ornament should have been exactly as shown, down to the last detail. I’ve already spoken with my team to make sure this doesn’t happen again, and a new ornament with the correct design and ribbon is on its way to you.
