I received my Piece but is completely broken i email the company and never receive answer

Never received anything I ordered

Item delivered broken in half - very slow responses from customer service - very disappointed

Too much time to receive it.

I paid a lot extra to have in 5-6 days and it’s 2weeks and I still haven’t received the item!!!!????!!!?? So I guess you already are asking for review I’d say it’s a scam

The stone is heavy duty but the picture is messed up, you can only see one of my dogs eyes & the other eye is very dark and looks black. Disappointed.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. AFTER RECEIVING THE WRONG STONE, THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND A DOG PAW PRINT PAD. WHICH I EXPLAINED IN MULTIPLE EMAILS THAT OUR DOG JUST PASSED VERY RECENTLY. I HAVE NO USE FOR A PAW PRINT PAD AND IT TRULY IS POURING SALT ON OUR WOUND OF LOSING OUR BABY. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
