I had an issue with my brand new nail drill. I immediately contacted them via IG, then they send me an email where I should talk to customer support. I am a little skeptical because we all know how “customer support” would go! But I give it a shot because I really need to get this fix because I postponed my appointments due to the issue I’m experiencing. Send an email before I go to bed, I was so surprised on how quickly they responded to me. They make me feel heard and that they really do care about their customers. The process was smooth and easy, they resolved the issue in less than 48hours. I said it once and I will say it again…MELODYSUSIE is the best company to my fellow nail techs out there. I had ordered a nail drill for my daughter for Christmas back in November and I never received it. I contacted customer support and they got back to me immediately and upon some investigation UPS lost my package. I did file a claim with ups but have yet to hear back from them, but MelodySusies customer support team were so helpful. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for nail tech supplies. They shipped out another drill and although I received it two days after Christmas I finally got it and was able to surprise my daughter with a gift that she always wanted. Impeccable customer service. Thank you so much.
