Une excellente expérience avec MelodySusie ! Le service après-vente est particulièrement réactif, à l’écoute et très compréhensif. La prise en charge a été rapide et professionnelle. Je recommande vivement ce fournisseur pour la qualité de son service et son sérieux.

Product availability and quality for price is decent. Customer service responses are very quick. My current e-file and gooseneck UV lamp from them have stood up to the test of time for diy use. I've had my Jade brushless e-file for 4 years and use it about 12 hours a week for either my nails or crafts. Their 5 in 1 bits are fantastic for the price. Some of their gels smell like banana runts which I love. There gel bottles are really nice.

I recently bought the HProA dust collecting fan. It's a mini dust collector that is a great size and I was shocked at the suction. This machine is incredible. I am impressed every time I receive a Melody Susie product. They never disappoint.

Customer service was wonderfully prompted and responsive. One of my recent machines from them had some issues, and a replacement actually came home before I could find time to reply to the representative's email with a video showing the problem. I'm happy with the quick turnaround as it is very important to my work.

I have ordered several things from this company which have all been great. Recently I ordered a pack of chrome colors and one of the colors was short on chrome powder. Melody susie immediately shipped another pack out to make up for the issue. Will continue buying from them!

I am a very new customer of MELODYSUSIE and had very little knowledge about the company when I made my purchase. I had the hand piece stop working on my pro series drill after just a few weeks of fairly heavy use. I reached out to customer service through email that same day. Within a couple of hours or less, they contacted me to get more details about the issue and had me submit a quick video of the drill malfunction so they would know how to proceed with helping out. I was IMMEDIATELY mailed a replacement and it was delivered even faster than they anticipated. LITERALLY REPLACED and RECEIVED in less than a week!!! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the quick turn around time and resolution. FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPLETELY HASSLE FREE!!! I will most definitely be a loyal returning customer if I continue to receive this type of service in the future.
