Excellent customer service I need help with the drill lock and they sent a new one they were ready for know what happened and solve the issue thanks I will be shopping and recommend MelodySusie with friends and customers thanks

I had bought an electric nail drill about 6 months ago and it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement immediately. They had also kept me informed right up to and even after I received the replacement. Best customer service department I have ever dealt with!! Will definitely be purchasing from this company again!!

Fantastic customer service. I recently bought a new drill because my old one gave out on me. The hand piece on the new drill stopped working on me and they were so quick to send me a replacement. I will always recommend them!

Customer service is excellent! The reason for the 4 stars is I bought a nail drill for my wife for Christmas and four months later it just quit working. The drill itself works excellent. They replaced the drill very quickly once we proved it was not working.
