Works well in relief of shoulder pain , use beforeand after work outs and pain is not as bad. Doesn't relief anything pain long term but will continue use.

I have been dealing with lower back pain / pinched nerve for years. Aspirin, Aleve, Advil, etc are basically useless. The first day, taking a gummy in the morning and late afternoon, was awesome!
