Easy shopping website, large selection of items and I found what I was looking for at the best price.

Ordered this bed for my dad. Bed is heavy and well made. Somewhat easy to put together and that's because it's heavy and awkward :) only thing is that the side rails are quite lower than I expected and he said he thought he'd fall out! I would think for the money spent at least the rail size would equal the quality of the rest of the bed, not have to purchase other taller rails. Overall, great purchase and he is able to get in and out much easier and loves it. Edit: day 2: can't get the remote to work. All it does is beep. Followed the lockout instructions, nothing works. He's entirely upset, having paid 3k for this bed and the bed is unusable now due to the remote not operating!! And to top things off, there is NO customer service or help on the weekends. I was told to call back Monday. So what is my disabled father supposed to do for 2 days with this bed that does not work?!?!?

The Salesman, Daryll a very helpful, knowledgeable about his products and very helpul, and understanding. I really appreciate him and his services. Now with the lift coming I hope we are just as pleased.

I've been looking for a threshold ramp for some time now and had found one with a different company to be delivered on Dec. 12th but unfortunately received a notice today that they were not able to deliver the ramp and was giving me a credit. Unfortunately I need the ramp not a credit so I looked up for this item and ordered it thru yall. Hopefully I will be thankful when the threshold arrives.

Great website, found products that I was looking for immediately. Offered warranty for product with 3 different warranties, also purchase of sit to stand I was offered a free transfer harness/belt. I was also offered a set up and delivery for the sit and stand. Thought this was an excellent feature for the product being assembled by someone that knows the equipment that they sell. I will use Med Mart in the future for equipment that is needed for my husband.

The people i spoke with were very patient with me . Helped me order exactly what i needed. Also, it was delivered very fast. I m in a care and rehab center. I let people here know how wonderful it was to order from your company and how fast it came. I will definitely order from you again.
