Merchandise has NOT been delivered as stated for 9/24/26. To date 10/3/26 have heard NOTHING from Med Mart. If Med Mart has billed without merchandise received I will contact the Fraud Department of credit card provider

Hi there, Your items both have in-home delivery and set up service and is on the schedule for this Thursday 10/8. Sean is going to call you to confirm this also. This service always extends the lead time versus being sent to you directly and is typically conveyed at the time of the order. You're local to our actual stores and hopefully confident and aware that we are not a fraudulent company. We appreciate your business and always a pleasure to assist you!
I noticed they only respond to 5 star reviews and ignore anything less. I ordered a bed on September 10, 2026 and it's October 2, 2026 10:21pm and the bed hasn't shipped and there's no follow-up on their end. I called to see how the issue could be resolved and was told the first company refused to deliver and set the bed up. The charge for that service is $425. My total paid was over $3200.
