Delivery was odd
Delivery was odd. There was no way to track the bed. I finally called the shipping company and they said " oh, yeah it's here, we will deliver it in 3 days". The bed has taken some time to get used to and the controller is difficult to handle. I like the bed, the raised head and leg features are great.

Fantastic Experience.
Very helpful staff, ordering was easy, Sean went to great length to make my purchase as painless as possible,even after I changed the length of my ramp after my order had already been filled and completed. Ramp and platform were easy to put together once you watch the videos. I was actually able to put the whole thing together all by myself. Thank you Med Mart.
