My client got a floor to sit lift. It started making a grinding noise. Thom was the one that came out to look at it. He figured out the problem quickly and explained the next steps and how to go about things. Fast forward to today Thom delivered the new floor to sit lift. He was on time and friendly and let me know that he already charged the battery on the new lift.
