Poor communication and customer service

Ordered a hospital bed two days (Monday) after my mom was released from rehab. I was told the bed would be delivered on Wednesday or Friday at the latest, Thursday was a holiday. On Friday, I received the mattress. On Saturday, I received the bed rails. When I contacted my sales representative, I was told the bed frame would be delivered on Monday, a week after the bed was ordered between 9-12pm. I received a message later in the day stating, I need to call the delivery company to arrange a delivery date and time ( can’t make this stuff up). Called the delivery company, was transferred to someone in another department who told me, my bed was in Westchester and she needed to verify its location , so she would call me back. After about two hours , I decided to call and was told the bed would be delivered on Tuesday, the next day between 9-12. After not receiving any delivery confirmation or anything I decided to call the delivery company at 1145, 15 before the scheduled delivery time frame was over, and was told, because of poor weather conditions, my order would not be delivered today. Not so much as a telephone informing me of this, absolutely no communication whatsoever. Today is mom’s 90th birthday and I wanted to have her new bed set up and in place today. Very very disappointed with the company and would not recommend them for any medical needs. My salesman will not even take my call.

Hi Erika, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize that this was the experience you had with our team when trying to get a bed for your Mother out of rehab. Our site shows this bed ships by (which is a date 2-3 days later) which is often confused with "deliver". The order was placed on 11/24 - Thanksgiving week, it shipped by when it said that it would then there's transit time to get to the customer. Due to the holiday and businesses closing that week, it was set to be delivered Monday 12/1 which was only 4 business days from the time of the order. Overall, happy.
The experience was good. It was simple to make an account and correspond with the team. Their responses to my questions were quick, which i love. My only issue is that I was told when ordering that my product would arrive much sooner than I did. The product was easy to assemble as I was told. Overall I'm happy with the experience.

I like the savaria monarch portable…
I like the savaria monarch portable lift I love having the buttons on both sides of the lift so I can be on one side or the other side of the lift but I wish it didn’t take so long for the lift to be sent out to me I ordered it on November 7th and finally got it on November 28

It was easy
It was easy - I am buying another scooter for my wife the first one works fine batteries don’t last as long as it said they would hopefully this one will be better it’s easier for her to load into her SUV. So since I posted the first part I’m paying on a scooter I haven’t even got yet. In my opinion isn’t right. First one came before the first payment was due. Have to wait an see
