Our local branch is in Swansea. We've been dealing with Mechanics for many years now. Helen, Bret and Noah are great to deal with. They're always pleasant and helpful. We will be customers as long as we're living in the area! Jeanne Tavares

Truly this is the best bank to belong to! Everyone from day one has been extremely helpful, honest and personable. I have a couple other “bigger” banks but none of them have given me the same type of advice and attention that I needed the way that Mechanics did. They are the type of bank EVERYONE MUST have an account with.

I have had a wonderful experience with this bank and visit every week. The manager Helen and tellers Bret, and Noah are always so friendly, personable, and professional. They make you feel welcome and are always pleasant to deal with. Recently, I had an issue that needed attention, and Bret and Lori took the time to look into it and resolve it right away. I truly appreciated how quickly they handled the situation and how willing they were to help. It’s refreshing to receive such consistent, personal service. The entire team goes out of its way to make customers feel valued, and I always leave with a positive impression. Thank you to the manager and all the tellers for your outstanding customer service. It’s people like you who make banking a pleasant experience!
