Their team has been instrumental in my recovery journey from chronic depression and burnout. The therapists are incredibly skilled at helping you explore the underlying causes of your mental health struggles while providing practical tools to manage and overcome them. They make sure you’re never alone in your journey and are always there to offer guidance and encouragement. I’ve made significant progress and am finally starting to feel like myself again.

Meaghan is an incredibly thorough and compassionate provider. She has a great way of blending both traditional approaches and wellness based approaches like yoga into her practice.

I am a psychiatrist who worked closely with Meaghan for 6 years. She is a truly gifted and caring clinician who is passionate about helping others. Her diagnostic, psychotherapeutic and medication management skills are superb. I recommended her highly and without reservation.

As a family medicine physician I had the great honor of working with Meaghan for more than 5 years. In that time I found her to both an incredible person and a wonderful clinician. She consistently excelled at bringing clarity to both the health challenges a person was facing as well as the path needed for healing. Combined with her deep kindness, warmth and compassion she was beloved by her patients and colleagues alike. As a physician, I always knew that my patients were in good hands when Meaghan saw them. In her current role she continues to do phenomenal compassionate and thoughtful work with clients and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone working through mental health challenges and looking for support and help in that process. Meaghan is extraordinary.

I have worked with Meaghan as one of her supervising MDs for several years now, including through her schooling and certification as a psychiatric NP. She is highly knowledgeable about diagnoses, medications and therapeutic techniques, as well as deeply empathetic and caring. She always goes the extra mile for her patients. She is truly a wonderful clinician, and I highly recommend her.

I am a nurse practitioner and have had the pleasure of working with Meaghan for many years. She has an approach to patients that is calm and welcoming, allowing them to feel comfortable with her almost immediately. She recognizes subtle nuances, incorporating them into her treatment plan, thus creating a truly individualized approach. Her approach to patient care is one in which she listens and guides them to achieve their highest level of wellness. She is truly holistic in that she addresses more than just the medical or mental health, but also examines one’s relationships, goals, fears, and other factors that impact the decisions we make and the live we live. I consider her an expert in patient care and do not hesitate to call her for consultations.

I’m a therapist who worked alongside Meaghan facilitating a women’s trauma recovery group. She was amazing and so validating to the clients. I had a privilege of observing her individual clinical work as well, and she exhibits empathy and compassion through every client interaction.

She was always a good listener and tried to give ideas to where to go next or how to help to the best of her abilities as a psychologist ❤️ also did amazing breathing exercises during our time together in trauma therapy ❤️❤️❤️
