Hi Chris! Could you give me a little more information about what emails you are receiving that you'd like to turn off? Happy to help you find the unsubscribe button in our templates if I know what emails you are referring to - MDsave Team Update 7/7/22 - Hi Chris—we hate unwanted emails as much as you do, and all of our emails should already have unsubscribe links. I'd be glad to help get it sorted out for you but need to know which email you're referring to first. I'll reach out directly for more information.

Hi Josef, we're sorry to hear you aren't interested in our services that help connect patients to the same high quality healthcare services they always receive from their providers, just available at our network negotiated rates. We hope you will reconsider using us in the future and happy to answer any questions you might have about how our services work. - In Good Health, MDsave Team

Working with the site on the details of this case. Updated: I worked with hospital leadership and this has been resolved. Patient has a zero balance. The physician's Office Manager said that they do accept MDsave vouchers and this was a misunderstanding on their part. They have tried to reach the patient twice today to clear this up.

MDsave never receives medical records or test results. The facility needs to be contacted to resolve this issue. We will reach out to them and let them know about this concern. UPDATE: facility was contacted and they confirmed that they sent the results to the provider the patient requested.

Hi Stacy, First, I’d like to express how truly sorry my team is that this happened. We're disappointed that our communication with you left much to be desired. While we have been diligently working behind the scenes with the lab company that has been sending you bills, we failed to communicate those efforts to you and keep you updated on the situation. We’re still working on getting a settlement for you (and the other patients who have been incorrectly billed by this lab), but we recognize how frustrating it was for you to not know what was going on and why you were being billed for anything. The bill was issued in error, and recognizing that you have already paid it, we will be issuing you a full refund — for the incorrect bill and your original purchase amount. Additionally, we are working on implementing several process improvements to our internal communications workflow to ensure this doesn’t happen again — to you or any other patients. We always aim to deliver exceptional customer service, and I am gutted that we weren’t able to live up to these expectations for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we commit to doing everything we can to do better next time. My team would love another chance to earn your business once we've made this right. If there's anything else we can do to that end, please contact JoAnne Marks, Director of Support Services, at her direct line: 615-624-0687. Best, Devon Bortz (MDsave team member)

Hi Carol, We are so sorry that this happened! We try to make it clear that while you may be able to apply your purchase to your deductible, eligibility is ultimately determined by your insurance company and depends on your plan. We're always available to help give patients what they need to submit their purchase to their insurance company to see if it's eligible to be applied to their deductible, but whether or not that payment counts towards the deductible is entirely up to the insurance company. We hope this helps clarify the situation, and please message us if you would like to discuss your case further with our Patient Concierge Team! (Devon, MDsave team member)

Hi Margaret, We apologize for any miscommunication! MDsave is for out-of-pocket purchases—we don’t file claims to your insurance. If you have a deductible, your insurance company will decide if your MDsave purchase will count towards it, but we can help you submit your request. We have many patients successfully get their MDsave purchases applied to their deductible, but eligibility ultimately depends on your specific plan and insurer. Please reach out if you would like to discuss your situation further with our Patient Concierge Team! Thanks! (Devon, MDsave team member)
