Easy to use and saved thousands of dollars!

The savings on x-rays were great for self pay, when billing insurance would not have paid off well. Now I can submit a claim to insurance for the self pay amount to receive a reimbursement that thats covered. Thanks to MDsave.

It was an easy process. My insurance would not pay for the MRI. Go figure. But if I paid “cash” and didn’t file on insurance, then I could use the MD save. I only paid $488.00 total! The facility I used still billed for $8590.00 for the MRI. Not sure why when they were the ones that told me about it. They have yet to apply the MD save amount. Guess they r hoping I forget and pay that bill. Thanks so much!

Saved a ton of money!!! it was easy to purchase / pick the product and find a convenient location. I'm a big fan now! Our health insurance is MediShare - Christian based sharing so not really "insurance". Often times we are better off negotiating a cash pay (up front) discount for procedure than running it through our insurance and paying the negotiated rates later. Anyways, this may not be a fit for everyone - but it was for me. For comparison, our closest option (local hospital) was $4,200 cash pay for the same CT scan purchased 1 hr away (normal for us in the mountains) - at a large imaging center... $540.
