I hate go to the hospitals or doctors office and MD Live is the best option for me. I love MD Live. Great and professional service. Very professional doctors and fast service. Highly recommended! 5 stars

Doctor wrote prescription wrong, it took 3 days to figure out the problem. No one actually got back with me, I can had to keep calling to get any information. The prescription was for amoxicillin. The doctor wrote it as take it one a day for 10 days BUT wrote a prescription for double that amount. It was supposed to be twice a day for 10 days. I won’t be using your services again

The doctor was great. Getting the appointment was a mess. I finally had to call to get the appointment. Then I did not get the call from the doctor until 45 minutes later, after my appointment time. When I went to the pharmacy they did not get my prescriptions. I waited a bit to give it time. I finally called MDLive only to find out my prescriptions did not get sent all the way. Not sure what that means. Everything finally got taken care of and it was nice not to have to drive to the doctor. Just a bit of a hassle. I think next time should go smoother.

My doctor listen to me was able to prescribe medications very helpful highly highly highly recommend

QUICK AND EASY. Very convenient. The only issue I had was troubleshooting my video camera- their support documentation was kind of thin, so I just used my phone.
