Easy to work the app. Doctor was knowledgeable and with good bedside manner. Dr. even followed up with us a do you later to make sure everything was OK.

Provider called right away and evaluated my symptoms and ordered medications. I was able to pick up right away and begin regimen. Provider was pleasant and very easy to speak to.

Quick and easy it beats setting in quick care or a ER all day. Since I had the flu.

I received the assistance I needed and as exactly as expected. Needed antibiotics on a Saturday for a lung infection. Couldn't wait to primary care doctor. I got what I needed in a timely manner. From registration to phone appointment to prescription only took about 50 minutes. Thanks a lot! I only wish CVS could move that fast!!!!

I was attended by a Wonderful doctor in Med Live. He was attentive, caring and professional. Within the hour my medicines were ready at the pharmacy!! Definitely recommend this service! Save lots of time!!

It was convenient, better than sitting in an Urgent Care with others who may be sick due to my issue was not contagious. Healthier option.

I was contacted by the physician within 15 minutes. She called a prescription in for me at the pharmacy that I use. Experience was pleasant and reassuring. Will definitely use them again.

The Doctor called within allotted time, this was my first time using this service and I appreciated that I didn’t have to get up get dressed go on urgent care I do believe the service will be good for a lot of people.
