The whole process was done in less than 10 minutes -from check-in to hanging up the phone with the doctor. So convenient and fast. The doctor was friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider this as an option in the future!

I spoke with a representative, uploaded a photo of my condition, and was able to speak with a physician within an hour for a skin infection. A prescription for antibiotics was at my pharmacy within minutes and the infection has been cured. Overall, an excellent experience.

Very easy to work with. The Doctor was great. It's very nice not having to go into the Doctors office and be around other sick people.

My thanks to the fast and quality care provided by MDLIVE. The doctor(s) are always helpful and able to assist with my health needs. The ease of using the service is great. Within a few minutes I receive text notification when the medication(s) are ready for pickup. Thanks for the services provided.

The only issue I had was the Pharmacy did not receive the prescription the first or second time that I called. You ended up faxing it to them and I only got part of the prescription. I am not sure if the issue was on the MD Live side or the pharmacy. But other than that, the process was easy and seemed to work well.

Excellent experience. Easy online registration, the Physician called in a timely manner, thorough phone call & had Rx called into the pharmacy quickly. Saved me several hours in my day not needing to physically go to a Doctor's office.
