Although I had to wait 6 hours for a callback, the doctor was kind, informative, and helpful.

The consult was easy and we were expecting an Rx as a result.... it wasnt till the next day that we learned the Rx didn't made it to our pharmacy. Apparently there is NO option online or easy way to have corrected other than to contact MDLive rep. Once we were able to notify someone of the issue, it was quickly resolved. Thanks MDLive [but put an express lane in for errors/issues such as this!].

I set up an appointment and the first available was 24 hours later. I started the video appointment and the MD never showed up. I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment and of course, the next available appointment was another 24 hours later! This is ridiculous. I know this is supposed to be convenient, affordable and drive people away from using the ER but this is bad business.

When I first logged into the app I had Tyne choice of making an appointment or waiting for the next available doctor which would have been a long wait. I took the first appt which was two days later. I waiting for my appointment only to receive a message that he appt was being canceled and I could choose to get in line to wait for another doctor or at some point I would be called to reschedule. I decided to call customer service to see how quickly they could get me in with someone b/c at this point I really wanted to speak with a doctor. Still on hold... If I could do it over again I would go to a doctors office and avoid all this crap. I understand they are busy but this is awful customer service!
