Great doctor and very easy to use!

The only downside to it was the 3 hour wait. But then, these times are unusual. It was great being able to call in, and then get the prescription called in without going to a doctors office.

They weren’t a big help. The wait to talk to a doctor was longer than the conversation with the doctor. Prescribed a medication I really needed which was not covered by my insurance. When I asked if the medication could be changed to a generic or another dosage they said no. Original medication prescribed to me cost $1,048.00. Unreal!

It was a great experience. My wait time was over 5 hours but given what is going on in the world I felt that was understandable! The Dr was friendly despite being exhausted I imagine. Great service that I will use again if the need arises!

Bad experience - I waited hours for doctor to call for my phone consultation. When I answered (immediately), they hung up. I called right back and sat on the phone waiting for 52 minutes before I gave up.

Soooo thankful for MDLive!! I did have to wait almost 12 hrs after the call but I understand the situation. The Dr did an outstanding job of meeting my needs and I will use and refer others to use. Thank you MDLive!

I ended up getting strep throat not too long into the social distancing phase of covid-19. Thankfully, our insurance added Telemedical as an option and I am so thankful. The wait time was a little over 24 hours, which wasn’t super ideal, but it was manageable. The doctor was very friendly and got online pretty close to my appointment time. He was kind enough to remotely call in a prescription and it did the trick. Video quality was good, I was able to send in a photo of my throat so he could see exactly what was going on. The only thing I have had an issue with has been figuring out the messaging function. I can receive messages but have no idea how to send any. He said if I needed to send him a message, I could, but I am not sure how I would do that. I think if that were more clear and user friendly, it would be perfect.
