I had a great experience using MDLive. the was quick. I was finished in less than 20 minutes.

i was impressed with the quality of the phycologist that I talked with. she was very helpful. i was sorry that we could not go further with the therapy. but i think she did not feel that she could help me.

I have used MDLive twice, and both times had a terrible experience. The first time, the doctor forgot to send in my prescription and then proceeded to ignore all phone calls from MDLive. This necessitated a second appointment at 11pm, once they decided they would not be able to reach him. I know things happen, so I decided to give them another shot. I met with a doctor who again prescribed medication, and my insurance requested a pre-authorization. I was then informed, after the fact, that MDLive doctors will not do pre-authorizations. This means I have to schedule ANOTHER appointment with a local doctor to get my pre-authorization. I have wasted hours of my life with this company and will never do business with them again. ETA: the offer to have me call is assinine. I already called multiple times attempting to resolve this issue and was told that they couldn't help me.
