MD Live is convenient, quick and takes care of any questions I have regarding my health. The Doctors I have spoken to are no nonsense and point me in the right direction every time. Easy to register. Doctor called within 10-15 minutes. Answered all my questions. Recommended to co-workers.

No prior authorizations are given. The nurses misinformed about their policy, the call center reps give one answer, and the doctors just tell you to go to a Primary. Needed a prescription for my asthma, so the whole point to this service was to fill out my prescription ASAP and their answer was go to my primary.

Provider listened and was very professional. Care that was given was spot on. Site was user friendly and I will seek service again for my family and me when needed. Very thankful for this service, especially during this time. I did not want to go out and risk exposure to Covid-19. This service allowed me to stay at home and receive the care I needed. I am extremely pleased.
