I was very pleased with the response time to be able to speak with the doctor regarding my medical concern last Friday. When it was time to discuss where to send the prescription, the doctor mentioned a pharmacy which was on file. I no longer use this pharmacy and requested to change to one closer to me. We confirmed address/phone number of pharmacy. An hour or so after speaking to the doctor, I called pharmacy. They had no record of a prescription for me. They said it might be alittle longer. After dinner,(4+hours later) I called the pharmacy the doctor initially mentioned to me and sure enough, script had been sent to wrong pharmacy. This was my only negative with speaking to someone using MD Live. Thank you

Great service! If you have a basic issue and don’t feel like waiting to get into your doctors office this is the place for you. My initial login for an appointment request, call from the doctor and prescription pick up all happened within one hour.

As I explained in the survey, my experience was retraumatizing because the therapist I met with did not seem knowledgeable or experienced, and gaslit me about my experiences. Out of nowhere (while I was discussing racism) she asked me "have you ever been arrested?" I had nightmares all that night and I woke up with tachycardia.

The doctor was kind and understanding. She listened to my problem and understood what was going on. She prescribed my medicine and it was ready the next morning and I was in my way to feeling better. I would like to mention I have never used tele-health services before but will be much more willing to use them from now on.
